Why are your prices so low?
We truly are a importer/wholesaler that imports the diamonds into the US and then sells them to retail stores across the United States. This internet site is our retail outlet and we offer the goods at the same prices to you that we do to our retail store customers. You really are buying at wholesale prices.
Are your diamonds certified?
Our loose diamonds and some of our engagement rings are certified by either GIA or EGL. Our mounted goods (earrings, bracelets, necklaces, eternity bands, etc) come with an insurance appraisal but not a cert. This is for price and time reasons. We are definitely not alone in this practice. In fact we assure sure you'll find in your shopping 99% of the time these items are not certified. Also please keep in mind when buying a loose diamond or engagement ring that GIA and EGL are the two most widely known and respected cert companies. We would caution against buying a stone that is certified by another company. Some websites out there will make an in-house cert, and claim it's certified by a three letter world renown cert company. In reality it's not even certified.
Are all your diamonds 100% natural?
Yes, all of our diamonds are 100% natural. They have not been enhanced or altered in any way. In fact if a stone has been enhanced that must be made clear up front. It is illegal not to.

Do you have an upgrade policy?
Yes, we do have an upgrade policy. Unlike most internet retailers and retail stores an item you buy from us never goes down in value. You can exchange it for an item of greater value at any time and your original item will always be worth what you paid for it. However, if you return your new upgraded item within the 30 day refund window a full refund is not given. Instead we will return you your original item and the difference you paid.
How do you ship?
We ship using either FEDEX or UPS. All orders are shipped via 2nd day air and require a signature. If you need us to deliver to a P.O. box we will ship your item via USPS. All items are shipped in a discreet box which makes no mention of what's inside. You will be notified, via email or phone, the day your item ships and given the tracking number.
Are there any restrictions on your special offers?
Our special offers do not include layaways, upgrades, special orders, or previous orders. Also any discounts cannot be applied to loose diamonds or large fancy diamond engagement rings.
Why do some of your diamonds have two ratings for either color or clarity?
While, yes, it is true that a diamond should only have one grade for color and one grade for clarity, these gradings are subjective. These gradings are also open to human error and manipulation (sour grapes if you would.) We would tell you that if you take a diamond purchased from us, that isn't certified, to ten different appraisers seven of the ten would tell you it's the higher of the two grades we give it. Lets take this example.You buy 1.00ct E/F color SI3/I1 studs from us and went to get them appraised by ten different jewelers. Although 70% would call them E SI3 studs we don't want you to get upset if someone calls them something different so to avoid this we put both grades.
