I have purchased several items from Marc and Penn Diamond Exchange. I started out with 1 ct studs, then went to 1-1/2 ct studs and then to 2.05 ct. studs. At this point I wanted to upgrade to a better quality diamond and I choose a pair on their website that sounded good.
I mailed off my pair of studs to exchange for the “better� pair and after they arrived, I got a call from Marc telling me that for the difference in the money I was spending, the new pair wasn’t that much better than the older pair. Incredible, he sent back my 2.05 ct. studs and saved me over $2,000.
I waited and when a pair of platinum studs came along, I bought them and finally turned in my 2.05 ct studs. My current pair is gorgeous. All along through this process Marc has guided me and made sure I got my money’s worth. That is really a rare thing in this day and age and when is the last time someone told you not to purchase an item because it wasn’t that much better (for the money) than what you currently had?
The quality is outstanding; their knowledge, guidance, service (thanks Rebecca for mailing items so promptly) and total honesty is beyond reproach. I’m a customer for life.

By designing and crafting her engagement ring, Pennsylvania Diamond Exchange(PDE) helped me hit a homerun with my fiance, Janine. Marc from PDE created a ring made of platinum with gold accents and centered a two CT diamond surrounded by eight baguettes and six smaller diamonds. As the ring was being made, Marc gave me updates on its progress and reassured me that it was going to be the ring of Janines dreams.
On June 18, 2005 I took Janine (we are both rabid Yankee fans) to Yankee Stadium to see the Yanks play the Cubs. The baseball diamond in Yankee Stadium was eclipsed by the diamond engagement ring from PDE I gave Janine during the fifth inning of the game. Janines face lit up like we had just won the World Series when she saw her ring that Marc had designed. Derek Jeter was so impressed that he hit his first career grand slam homerun in honor of my girl and her new ring (OK, I dont know if he actually saw the ring, but he did hit a grand slam after I gave it to her).
Although the Yankees didnt get their World Series rings this season (we will get them next year) Janine continues to be ecstatic over her engagement ring and I appreciated the professional service I received from PDE.

I live in NJ, and know about the famous Diamond District in Philly. When I was searching for a pair of 2ct diamond studs, I did a Google Search for Diamond Wholesalers. Pennsylvania Diamond Exchange came up. I immediately saw the value as I had compared similar Diamonds at my Local Jewelers. Not only was I able to purchase a better quality pair of earrings, but at a price that was $1500 less than my local jeweler. The diamond earrings which I purchase were set in white gold. I wanted yellow gold. I was told by Marc would take around 2 days to get. Ordered earrings yesterday, got them today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What service, plus they are beautiful..... I will be getting a Diamond Eternity Band in the near future, and will definitely buy it from Pennsylvania Diamond Exchange!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my THIRD purchase with Pennsylvania Diamond Exchange in as many months. Prior, I purchased 2k Diamond Stud earrings. Then a 1.25 k Eternity Band. Then just today I received a 1 k Diamond Stud Necklace to match the earrings purchased prior. The necklace I just purchased was around $1500 to $2000 less that I had seen elsewhere for the same quality stone. I would never- never- never, buy Diamonds anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!! These folks are professional, prompt and courteous. Best of all the prices are fabulous!

The ring is sooooo beautiful. I just can't believe it. The diamonds look great together. I am glad I decided to have the setting in all yellow gold too. As I mentioned on the phone, I have only seen settings in which the gold around the diamond is white. As a matter of fact, I saw one yesterday in the dentist's office and I like this one so much better. I agree with you, it does give the ring more finished look. You did a great job!

Thank you so much for all of your help with the beautiful pendant. I received the greatly anticipated package today which UPS had been trying to deliver since Wednesday. After tearing open the deceivingly large packing, I found the little box and opened it up with trepidation. Although I have been shopping online for sometime, this was my first major purchase over the internet and I was a little wary of buying fine jewelry sight unseen. In fact I had a nightmare just a night or two ago about getting the necklace which in my dream turned out to be a hideous brightly colored six inch beaded choker.
